There was shifting of wood, lots of wood, then as the day went on and more work arrived a shape started to form within the gallery. There was an excitable atmosphere of artists installing their work. It was a great start and at this point we are half way to transforming the gallery space into a collection of declarations of devotion.
None of this could have happened with out the help, support and patience of Artist Andy Wicks who spent all day helping to hang work, chop wood, shift wood and press many stubborn pins into hard surfaces. Tough thumbs.
I am also over the moon to have gained support from Arts Council England too, so a big thanks to ACE from Tainted Love.
